GDATwo Ways To Train
Every athlete trains in the same room with the same coaches. The difference is the goal they are working toward.

Youth Development
The core of the academy. Jiu-jitsu development with a strong wrestling focus, taught in age-appropriate groups, built around movement, problem solving, and steady progression. No experience needed and no requirement to ever compete.
Competition Team
For athletes who want to test their work. Match preparation, wrestling integration, and a training plan built around a season. This is a pathway inside the academy, not a requirement of it.
Competition Team Details →Age Groups
Athletes train in groups that match their age and stage so coaching stays specific.

How We Teach
We teach positions before techniques. An athlete who understands where they are can pick the right answer without being told. That is the habit we build every day.
Wrestling supports the jiu-jitsu curriculum, because the takedown and the ground are the same fight. We train gi twice a week, Wednesday and Thursday, so athletes stay sharp for every ruleset they might face.
Black belts are on the mat every session correcting athletes in the moment instead of at the end of the week. The roster stays small on purpose so that stays possible.
