Privacy Policy

When a parent starts the enrollment process, we collect the parent's name and email, the athlete's name and age, years of training, and the answers submitted through the Parent Athlete Profile Assessment.

If a coach completes the on-mat evaluation for that athlete, the coach's scores are attached to the same record.

The information is used to build the athlete's Development Profile, match the athlete with the right training environment, and email the parent a copy of the report.

We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties for marketing.

Records are stored on Lovable Cloud, our hosting provider. Access is restricted to the GDA coaching staff and the report link shared with the family.

The site uses lightweight, privacy-first analytics to measure traffic in aggregate. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.

To request that a record be deleted, email grapplingdevelopmentacademy@gmail.com from the address used on the form. We remove the record within seven days and confirm by reply.

The site is intended for parents and guardians. Athletes are not asked to create accounts or submit information directly. All athlete information is submitted by the parent or guardian.
